Job summary

Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. seeks an early career Program Manager to lead qualification projects for wind and seismic loading on equipment.

You will assist clients in obtaining product certification under the supervision of licensed engineers, and may join broader engineering analysis projects across divisions. Responsibilities include overseeing shake-table testing, directing client interactions, preparing quotes, and developing IBC-compliant reports.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil/Structural/Mechanical from ABET-accredited university.
• EIT certification or equivalent demonstration of licensure readiness.
• Experience using hand calculations or structural analysis software.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and work with clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee certification programs including full-scale shake table testing.
• Direct client interactions and prepare quotes/proposals.
• Develop reports for IBC seismic and wind compliance.
• Coordinate tasks for Certification Engineers and labs.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and schedules on projects.
• Perform structural analysis of equipment for wind/seismic loading.
• Design anchorage for nonstructural components.
