You will oversee program strategy, planning, and execution, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and measurable outcomes to ensure effectiveness and long‑term success.
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining consistent reporting processes and performance metrics that track progress, demonstrate program outcomes, and inform continuous improvement. In addition, you will collaborate closely with staff, leadership, and volunteers to develop and deliver diverse, impactful, and inclusive programs that align with organizational priorities and support sustainable growth. Through strategic oversight, cross‑functional partnership, and a commitment to measurable results, you will help strengthen the reach and impact of Runway of Dreams.
