Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs to achieve project objectives.

  • Monitor program progress, performance, and budget, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Oversee resource management including personnel, vendors, and materials.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders and address concerns throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Facilitate meetings and provide leadership to project teams to maintain alignment with program objectives.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
