Shift: Shift 1/ to

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $30.27 - $40.86 / hour

Summary

Responsible for managing a culture of compliance in alignment with the NIAHO standards, ISO clauses and CMS regulations within the assigned outpatient locations &/or acute care facility. The position includes developing a partnership with the Dyads and Directors by managing compliance with regulatory requirements in conjunction with assigned facility’s objectives and goals. The primary responsibilities inherent within this role include: Consultant with the administration, departmental leaders and employees on regulatory standards; Management of a continuous state regulatory readiness; Serves as a content expert on NIAHO standards, ISO clauses or working knowledge of quality and regulatory standards.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Preferred
Additional Requirements

Graduate of an accredited health related program. BS or BA degree preferred.

Experience Requirements
  • 5 Years Clinical Nursing Required
Additional Requirements

Other licensed healthcare professionals with an Associates Degree or higher and a minimum 3 years of clinical experience. Experienced in project management and facilitating change. Quality and regulatory standards experience preferred.

Other Requirements

Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer, analytical, grammar and spelling skills. Ability to work independently to meet assignments.
