Job summary

Area Substance Abuse Council seeks a Program Manager for Regional Outpatient and Youth Programs. You will oversee outpatient services, supervise clinical and support staff, and ensure delivery of high-quality treatment under the Senior Outpatient Director.

Responsibilities include evaluating programs, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing clinical records, and coordinating referrals. A CADC or related degree with experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years in Substance Abuse Counseling, Social Work, Human Services or related field.
• Or CADC with an associate degree and at least 7 years in substance abuse or mental health.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outpatient services and coordinate program delivery.
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and guidance to counselors.
• Ensure program compliance with licensing and CARF standards.
• Maintain patient service goals and an annual program schedule.
• Lead and coordinate groups and interagency referrals.
• Manage clinical records and crisis interventions as needed.
• Oversee intern participation and field observations.
