Aegis Therapies is seeking a Rehab Program Manager to oversee PT, PTA, OTR, or COTA services at Coastal Manor Nursing Home in Ludowici, GA. This full-time role blends direct patient care with program administration in a skilled nursing setting.

You will lead therapy teams, coordinate scheduling, and liaise with the Director of Rehab to ensure high-quality patient outcomes while enjoying flexible hours and a supportive, growth-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Therapy program.
• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist in the state of practice.
• Lead clinician with patient care duties and administrative tasks such as scheduling.
