Job summary

TekWissen is seeking a Program Manager, Procurement (COE/ Tech) for a 12-month onsite assignment across Los Angeles, Nashville, and NYC. You will lead strategic sourcing and supplier management in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

In this role, you will influence senior leaders, drive cost reductions, and enable data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of procurement experience and a strong track record with strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence senior leaders in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, category management, contract negotiation, and vendor performance management.
• Demonstrated data-driven financial acumen and modeling experience.
• Agile, adaptable mindset with ability to deliver results in dynamic, ambiguous environments.

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across diverse categories, facilitating end-to-end procurement processes from opportunity identification through contract execution and supplier optimization.
• Projects may include both category-specific (e.g., Marketing, Production, Technology, Professional Services, etc.) and cross-category initiatives. The Key focus for this role will be COE and Tech.
• Work with senior leaders across departments, including finance, legal, and operations
• Ensure transparency and build consensus.
• Build relationships across the organization: This will help expedite procurement initiatives. It will also offer service and support to your colleagues in the business.
• Exposure to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and BU leads.
• Create measurable value by reducing costs.

• Enable data-driven decision making by analyzing complex data sets, generating actionable insights and recommendations that inform and improve business outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:
