Job summary

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Rehab Program Manager/PT at Bethesda of Beresford, SD. This role blends patient care with administrative responsibilities, offering a steppingstone into management without direct supervision, and exposure to a supportive interdisciplinary team.

As a lead in the facility, you will treat patients, coordinate scheduling, and liaise with the Director of Rehab while advancing your clinical expertise in a thriving rehab setting across SNF and other care environments.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Therapy program.
• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist in the state of practice.

• As a lead in the building, you’ll treat patients while getting experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Director of Rehab.
