St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's Pediatric Translational Neuroscience Initiative (PTNI) seeks a Program Manager to establish and operate the PTN-CRN.

You will coordinate governance, manage budgets, and collaborate with diverse departments and external partners to build a robust clinical research network. Responsibilities include governance, communications, patient and community engagement, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, life sciences, public health, business administration, clinical research, neuroscience, or a related field required.
• Master's degree (MPH, MBA, MHA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in program management and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management, strategic coordination, and operational execution of the PTN-CRN.
• Coordinate governance documents, policies, and Steering Committee meetings.
• Manage programmatic budgets and contracts, ensure alignment with PTNI strategic priorities.
