Job summary

Program Manager position at Fort Bragg, NC oversees the air item maintenance shop in support of E Co, 189th DSSB, 82nd Airborne Division. You will have full authority for daily contractor operations and direct a qualified rigger workforce to deliver inspections, repairs, and fabrication services.

Responsibilities include developing the Quality Control Plan, ensuring six‑week certification training, and submitting required reports.

Qualifications

Graduate of a DoD-approved Parachute Rigger Course (MOS 92R or equivalent).
Demonstrated supervisory experience in military or DoD Aerial Delivery Facility.
Qualified to maintain and repair parachute systems including T-11M, T-11R, G-11, G-12, T-10C, and extraction parachutes.

Responsibilities

Serve as the contractor's single point of authority for daily operations.
Be available 0830 to 1730, Monday through Friday, to act for the contractor.
Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Control Plan and Quality Control Program.
Ensure shop personnel complete the six-week E Co certification and training program.
Oversee 100% Technical Rigger Inspections, maintenance, alterations, and repairs across parachute systems.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly activity reports and all required contract deliverables.
Plan and execute phase-in and phase-out activities to sustain continuity of services.
