Where you’ll work:
This is a hybrid onsite/remote opportunity where you will report to the customer’s location in Oklahoma CIty, OK and have the flexibility to work from home based on business needs.

An average day:
As Program Manager you will organize, direct, and coordinate the planning, oversight, and implementation of an Epsilon contract. You will be accountable for all financial, operational, contractual, and compliance areas of the program. This role is also responsible for the development of customer, business, and internal relationships to further the success and growth of the program or new business opportunities. Program Managers will support the proposal and business development processes at Epsilon.You will coordinate and collaborate directly with Epsilon customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, as well as potential customers and partners as a representative of Epsilon.In this position you will:

  • Oversee daily management of financial, operational, contractual, and compliance areas for your program(s).
  • Ensure the performance, completeness, and accuracy of work assigned under the program to achieve the performance objectives.
  • Manage the scope of work encompassed by the task order(s) with regards to deliverables and other program objectives and milestones.
  • Provide direction to all teams under their management purview and review the quality of all work products.
  • Accountable for the successful completion of task, project, and/or program deliverables, documentation, and compliance requirements on time and within budget.
  • Responsible for staffing, project planning, project financials, and staff direction and oversight for all program objectives and requirements.
  • Maintain and cultivate client relationships with the goal of program growth or expanded customer relationships.
  • Provide direct input and support business development and proposal processes across Epsilon Enterprise.
  • Maintain personnel training and certification of workforce to ensure program success and compliance.
  • Submit reports as required by each contracting authority.

Basic Qualifications:
  • As a requirement of this position, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen. In accordance with8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(2)(C), Epsilon will not consider candidates for this position who do not meet the aforementioned conditions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and Six (6) or more years of experience and/or education in project/program management or related field(s).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is required.
  • Knowledge or Experience with Ansible is highly desired.
  • Demonstrated leadership with excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
  • Strong team player and goal oriented.
  • Highly focused attention to detail across multiple ongoing activities
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively.
  • Ability to solve problems and translate policies into daily routine operations.
  • Proven ability to achieve programmatic, budgetary, and growth goals for a program or contract.
  • Knowledge and understanding of multiple disciplines within the technology industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with project management toolsets (MS Project, Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) desired.
  • ITIL v4 Certification desired.
Other Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass federal background investigation and obtain a Public Trust. (This is a federal contract position and requires candidates to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of Security Clearance or Public Trust. Adjudication of the required Security Clearance or Public Trust is determined solely by the government. If the government determines that the candidate cannot obtain and/or maintain the appropriate level of Security Clearance or Public Trust, Epsilon will be unable to place the candidate in this position.)
  • This role oversees and manages a team of direct reports.
  • Must be able to travel to various Company locations and/or Customer sites across the United States for meetings and onsite visits, as needed by the Company/Customer. Expected out of area travel: 25-50%.
