• Build and run the operating mechanisms: program plans, action and risk tracking, status updates, and governance
• Surface risks, dependencies, and execution gaps early and recommend practical solutions
• Drive decisions to closure and hold owners, including senior stakeholders, to their commitments; follow up persistently and escalate blockers before they become misses
• Facilitate working sessions, identify trade-offs, and translate business or customer needs into actionable plans
• Own selected budget, vendor, and reporting responsibilities
• Continuously improve how the team plans, executes and tracks
• Work independently, with guidance at critical points, and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly

For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $78,000 and $140,360. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
