Job summary

TCWGlobal seeks an analytically driven Program Manager to support logistics, supply chain and sustainability-focused programs. You will work with large datasets to uncover insights, inform strategic decisions, and drive execution across multiple program workstreams.

This role requires strong analytical and program-management skills, independence, and the ability to translate ambiguous data into clear outputs for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, analytics, supply chain, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (or similar tools)
• Experience working with large, unstructured datasets and translating them into actionable insights
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
• Familiarity with advanced analytics tools (e.g., Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) preferred
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for research, analysis, and productivity
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills across all levels
• Ability to work independently, manage workload, and deliver results in fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex, and ambiguous datasets to identify trends, answer business questions, and uncover opportunities
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to source, structure, and standardize data for analysis
• Build analyses and translate findings into clear, structured outputs for stakeholders and program reviews
• Develop insights that inform decision-making across supply chain, logistics, and sustainability initiatives
• Support creation of materials for leadership updates and reporting
• Manage individual workstreams and deliverables independently with minimal direction
• Support ad hoc analytical and program needs across multiple initiatives
