Job summary

The Aspen Institute, a global nonprofit, seeks a Program Manager for the Aspen Strategy Group to oversee and advance the Rising Leaders Program and the Albright International Leaders Program. You will work with senior leadership to manage applications, events, and program materials, blending independent ownership with collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent communication, writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a small-team environment; multi-task and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects for the Rising Leaders Program and Albright International Leaders Program.
• Plan and execute alumni programming and events throughout the year.
• Develop processes and launch the Albright International Leaders Program from recruitment to programming.
• Provide programmatic, administrative, and logistical support across ASG’s portfolio.
• Draft external correspondence and edit ASG materials as needed.
• Plan, prioritize, and translate objectives into actionable plans across deadlines.
