Job summary

Okta is seeking a Program Manager to maximize platform value through integration breadth and depth across Okta and Auth0 product investments, marketing, and open standards. You will lead a high-visibility, cross-functional program spanning Okta and Auth0 initiatives with a focus on governance and measurable outcomes.

The role requires 6–8+ years in management consulting or GTM/Product roles, strong technical/financial acumen, and outstanding communication to influence C-level and engineering

The ISV Ecosystem team sits within the Okta Products and Technology organization and is focused on expanding our breadth and depth of SaaS integrations across both Okta Workforce and Auth0 product areas, a C-level priority for the company. Our team ensures SaaS ISVs (independent software vendors) have the knowledge, tools, and incentives to build integrations that extend our core product functionality.

We are driving the formation and adoption of new identity standards focused on building an interconnected and secure AI ecosystem. Okta's ecosystem is a core differentiator, and developing a scalable approach to ecosystem development will be a critical driver of our next stage of growth.

As Program Manager, you will maximize platform value through integration breadth and depth. You will lead a high-visibility, cross-functional program spanning Okta and Auth0 product investments, marketing, technical enablement, and open standards.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead end-to-end program governance including defining operational rhythms, milestones, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies
• Scale program impact using sophisticated program management methodologies, frameworks, and tools to drive efficiency across the organization
• Leverage AI to enhance our program management methodology by defining, building, and documenting AI-driven processes to increase overall program efficiency and effectiveness
• Own reporting for C-level executives and cross-functional leadership and drive broader evangelization of program vision, goals, and progress throughout Okta
• Orchestrate cross-functional meetings, define clear agendas and objectives, document decisions and next steps, and drive stakeholder accountability
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support critical strategic initiatives

What you'll bring to the role:

• 6-8+ years in management consulting, business operations, or GTM/Product-centric roles
• Proven success managing complex, high-stakes cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Strong technical and financial acumen with the ability to master new domains quickly
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas for any audience
• Exceptional ability to apply structure and clarity to ambiguous situations
• Proven ability to drive results across multiple workstreams simultaneously, with minimal supervision
• Track record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders.

• Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience collaborating with senior Product and Engineering leadership on C-level programs
• Direct GTM or Product Operations experience
• Deep knowledge of platform business models and the enterprise security landscape
• STEM or business-related degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business)

The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: : $162,000 USD - $222,000 USD

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington is between:: $144,000 USD - $198,000 USD
