Synergy seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead social work and foster care operations. You will supervise case management, licensing, administrative staff, and provide direct care to clients as needed.

You will orient new staff and oversee training plans, while ensuring compliance with contract requirements. The role involves organizing meetings, coordinating with external partners, and participating in after-hours on-call coverage.

Qualificações

• MSW required.
• LICSW license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of social work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
