CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Operations Program Manager to lead large-scale sensor foundations programs across platform and cloud engineering, while driving AI-enhanced workflows.
You will partner with global teams, manage dependencies, and deliver strategic projects that strengthen our endpoint security platform. Hybrid role with on-site presence in Sunnyvale or Redmond, visiting 2–3 times per week, and collaborating across Europe and the United States to align priorities and drive
We're investing in program managers who are energetic, eager to learn, flexible and capable of managing large scale/complex engineering projects in a fast-paced environment through innovative AI-enhanced approaches. As an Operations Program Manager, you'll be responsible for directly supporting and engaging in the work, teams and projects of the Sensor Foundations Platform Group. This group extends CrowdStrike's mission of "stopping breaches" by building robust sensor infrastructure, platform engineering capabilities, and cloud services that power our endpoint security platform. We're seeking an Operations Program Manager to transform how we manage complex sensor platform engineering programs through AI-enhanced workflows and traditional program leadership. You'll directly support the Sensor Foundations Platform Group's platform engineering, cloud engineering, and sensor core teams while building intelligent systems that revolutionize program management practices across CrowdStrike's engineering organization. This role combines hands-on program leadership (managing large platform and cloud engineering teams across geo-locations) with developing AI-powered solutions that automate routine tasks, surface insights, and enhance decision-making for sensor infrastructure and platform engineering programs. You'll work closely across functional teams and across geo-locations in Europe and the United States to collaborate and ensure dependencies are well known, critical issues are identified and driven to resolution. This role is hybrid, on-site in either our Sunnyvale or Redmond Office. Candidate should be comfortable visiting the office 2-3 times a week and should be within a commutable distance (within 30-miles).
Program & Operations Management (70%): Partner and facilitate directly with platform engineering, cloud engineering, and sensor core teams at all levels; from debugging deployment issues with engineers to providing executive updates on project initiatives. Demonstrate technical fluency in architecture, cloud infrastructure, build systems, and platform engineering practices in order to align with business objectives and drive project deliverables, resources, and timelines. Drive operational decision-making processes, facilitating discussions between engineering teams to resolve architectural challenges, infrastructure dependencies, and build system optimizations, exercising sound judgment in decisions involving people, data, and technology trade-offs. Create and drive operation schedules for sensor foundations activities, working with engineering management on task assignments and managing progress of portfolio phases through detailed implementation tasks, including dependencies within and across Product and Platform Groups. Collaborate with multiple worldwide business units (including platform engineers, cloud engineers, SREs, product management, and other engineering teams) to clearly identify, explain, and communicate process involvement, goals, expectations, and deliverables for sensor infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with strategic imperatives and customer-facing security capabilities. Proactively track status of platform engineering activities and ensure schedules and priorities are met for sensor releases, infrastructure scaling, and build system improvements. Ensure critical infrastructure issues are identified, tracked through resolution, and escalated appropriately, creatively addressing complex problems and managing risks at both project and cross-portfolio levels. Manage daily/weekly communication and status reporting for complex sensor platform activities. Support distributed teams and cross-functional partners on frameworks and shared accountability, synthesizing processes to drive aligned, executable outcomes across the organization.
AI Tooling Creation (30%): Build AI-powered dashboards and automated reporting systems using Claude skills and agentic workflows for operations monitoring and insights. Create intelligent integrations between CS business, Jira, GitLab, monitoring tools, and build systems that surface organizational health and procedure risks automatically. Develop AI agents that proactively identify process and team bottlenecks, lack of resource utilization, team organizational health, and resource scaling opportunities.

CrowdStrike was founded in 2011 to fix a fundamental problem: The sophisticated attacks that were forcing the world’s leading businesses into the headlines could not be solved with existing malware-based defenses. Founder George Kurtz realized that a brand new approach was needed — one that combines the most advanced endpoint protection with expert intelligence to pinpoint the adversaries perpetrating the attacks, not just the malware. There’s much more to the story of how Falcon has redefined endpoint protection but there’s only one thing to remember about CrowdStrike: We stop breaches.
