As a Program Manager II - Corporate Real Estate within PNC's Realty Services organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Preferred Skills and Experience Include

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, project scheduling/forecasting software.
  • Realty Services experience: understanding realty services industry processes, including real estate transactions, corporate workplace strategy and planning, project/program financials and budgeting, design iterations, permitting and bidding, construction, and operations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • Ability to develop and implement tools and methodologies (project controls) that monitor and provide recommendations for adhering to project budgets, timelines, and scope.

Job Description

  • Leads a cross-functional program/project team to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. Leads complex programs/projects requiring planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business. Typically, program size may reach or exceed $25m.
  • Manages the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; influences project decisions to achieve overall program goals.
  • Oversees and reports on the program budget while working to ensure success of the program.
  • Evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements based on results.
  • Collaborates with service partners to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels.
