Job summary

Amazon Leo Government is seeking a Program Manager II to lead US Government demonstrations for our satellite network, coordinating with BD, Product Management and Operations to deliver rapid, reliable results. You will design demonstration strategies, drive end-to-end delivery, analyze risks, and communicate directions across multi-disciplinary teams to end customers and government partners.

Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.

This position will be working within the Product Management Team within Amazon Leo for Government.

Key job responsibilities

• Design US Government demonstration strategies to use resources efficiently while delighting customers
• Lead US Government demonstrations working closely with BD, Product Management and Operations teams
• Analyze and minimize potential risks and blocker to successful demonstration execution
• Coordinate across multi-disciplinary project teams and communicate direction with end customers

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
• 3+ years of satellite communications ground systems and operations experience

USA, VA, Arlington - 74,200.00 - 129,800.00 USD annually

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
