Job summary

ONWARD SEARCH in Los Angeles is seeking a Program Manager II to support a leading entertainment and technology company. The role focuses on managing cross-functional programs that connect players with communities, creators, and content around the game.

You will oversee project plans, coordinate roadmaps across Riot Client, Riot Web, and content pipelines, and lead discussions with Product, Web, Content Operations, Influencer, and Regional Publishing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project or program management, production operations, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from planning through execution in complex environments.
• Strong skills in developing plans, managing risks and dependencies, and leading impactful meetings.
• Experience working across diverse teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions, document decisions, and translate problems into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive project plans for community-focused initiatives, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder accountability.
• Coordinate integrated roadmaps across platforms such as Riot Client, Riot Web, and content pipelines to ensure aligned sequencing and critical tasks.
• Lead strategic discussions with internal teams including Product, Web, Content Operations, Influencer, and Regional Publishing.
• Establish and maintain the operating rhythm for the program, including planning sessions, milestone reviews, dependency checks, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with internal resources and external vendors to ensure projects are appropriately scoped, resourced, sequenced, and delivered, clarifying responsibilities and approval paths.
