Google seeks a Data Center Maintenance Planner Program Manager to oversee planning and scheduling of maintenance work across data center facilities. You will coordinate with site supervisors and technicians, define parts and trades, and optimize plans for safety and efficiency.
You will drive PM improvement, administer CMMS at site level, and ensure accurate equipment records, PM data, and safety documentation. This role spans cross-functional teams and time zones.

As a Data Center Maintenance Planner Program Manager, you will be responsible for the effective execution of all planning and scheduling of maintenance work. You will work with site supervisors and technicians to manage work priority, develop job plans, define parts and materials, define trades and crafts, and engage resources for a safe and efficient plan/schedule. Additionally, you will provide expertise on improving Preventive Maintenance (PM) and administer the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program at the site level, including creating and updating equipment, PM, and safety records.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $108000 - $153000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
