Tasc is looking for a Program Manager – TTA Provider in Mattoon, IL to lead high-impact consulting initiatives at the intersection of public safety and health. This position involves project management, delivering training, and engaging with law enforcement and community partners. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience in relevant fields. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in public health or related systems.
• Experience with deflection, pre-arrest diversion, or community responder models highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary consulting and training projects.
• Serve as a primary facilitator and trainer at meetings and public events.
• Design and deliver interactive trainings and workshops.
