Job summary

The City College of New York is seeking a Program Manager for Continuing and Professional Studies to lead strategic workforce training initiatives in New York City.   • Lead the growth and sustainability of the English Language Institute, including recruitment, enrollment, partnerships, and program development.

Reporting to the Director of Continuing and Professional Studies, the Program Manager provides strategic leadership and coordination for Continuing and Professional Studies with a primary focus on developing workforce training programs, securing grants, and obtaining contracts with government agencies, corporations, and community organizations. The successful candidate is responsible for supporting revenue-generating educational initiatives, building external partnerships, and advancing programs that align with workforce and industry needs.

Compensation And Benefits

Salary Range: $86,741 - $105,816. Salary commensurate with education and experience.

CUNY is in the process of implementing salary schedule increases. Once implemented, salaries of eligible employees will be adjusted by 3.5% effective 9/1/26, in accordance with the terms of the PSC-CUNY collective bargaining agreement.
