Job summary

StartupForge in Yonkers, NY is seeking a Program Manager who loves building relationships and turning complex general problems into simple, elegant solutions. You’ll bring seven years of negotiation and persuasion to drive initiatives, align stakeholders, and mentor teammates in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll own end-to-end programs from concept to rollout, track metrics, and work with colleagues and clients to identify gaps and fixes. This is a full-time role with room to grow into management.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn new general systems quickly and apply them.
• Ability to mentor or support manager teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to colleagues and StartupForge clients as needed.
• Identify gaps in current procedures and recommend workable fixes.
• Track key metrics and report findings to your manager each week.
• Carry general knowledge that doesn't live in any wiki yet.
• Carry general projects from napkin sketch to Yonkers, NY rollout.
