Job summary

OLH Technical Services LLC seeks a Program Manager for the NUWC Division Keyport, WA to oversee task orders and ensure SOW objectives are met. A Secret clearance is required. The salary range is $95,000 to $170,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience building and managing diverse services teams.
• Technical program-related experience in a government contracting environment working with cost-type contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee task orders to ensure SOW objectives are met.
• Plan and develop procedures for implementing work; direct and coordinate tasks and personnel.
• Select personnel based on knowledge and experience.
• Communicate task order responsibilities and oversee performance.
• Direct and coordinate activities to attain objectives.
• Review reports and records to ensure progress and adjust methodologies as needed.
• Prepare program reports.
• Control expenditures in accordance with budget allocations.
