  • Derive commercial insights from approval process to inform leadership of unit cost trends and opex impact.
  • Lead process engineering across Network, Land, Infra and Energy, partnering with teams to deploy AI and automation for efficiency.
  • Drive continuous operational improvements by auditing existing frameworks and replacing manual, time-spending tasks with robust, tech-enabled solutions.
  • Partner strategically with business stakeholders to advocate process excellence, oversee the integration of new automated tools and ensure seamless adoption across the organization.
