• Experience with change management, organizational adoption, and phased system rollouts.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end project and release management, including planning, monitoring, QA, acceptance, and reporting.
• Oversee design, development, testing, integration, and deployment of web-based applications and data systems.

Role Overview

The Program Manager will lead and oversee complex projects within the professional, scientific, and technical services sector, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. This role requires strategic planning, resource allocation, and continuous monitoring to deliver programs on time and within budget. The Program Manager will act as a key liaison between stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive program success and mitigate risks. They will also be responsible for developing proposals and managing communications to support program growth and sustainability.
