Salary Range: $19.00 To $23.00 Annually

Title: Program Manager

Position Purpose and Expectations:

This position reports directly to the Gym Manager is responsible for leading and developing the Gymnastics program at our Rock Hill location. This includes developing instructional staff according to the curriculum and Olympia standards, creating an exceptional class experience for students and families within the program and obtaining healthy enrollment growth.

This position requires teaching classes in the gym and administrative work in the office, along with limited travel to other Olympia locations.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Our Program Managers play a key role in providing quality instruction through a fun-filled, high-energy, and high-quality learning environment. They are responsible for preparing class materials and lesson plans and keeping kids positively engaged in the class.

The Program Manager is expected to lead with professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to the Olympia mission, ensuring programs are safe, engaging, and aligned with company standards. Success in this role is measured through strong staff leadership, program quality, customer satisfaction, and healthy enrollment growth.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Understanding of Olympia/ programs and services.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain).

Experience:

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Experience growing a program or increasing participation and/or enrollments.
• Background in gymnastics, cheer, ninja, tumbling or dance preferred.
