Job summary

Inserso is seeking a Program Manager to lead teams delivering enterprise IT support to a federal customer. You will coordinate incident management, network operations, change management, and ServiceNow support, with hybrid work and in-office presence at Chandler, AZ at least 3 days a week.

You will oversee budgets, risk, and performance metrics, and present executive-level briefings. A PMP certification, TS/SCI readiness, and 10+ years in federal PM are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• 10+ years project/ program management experience in federal government environments.
• 5+ years IT support services managerial experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DHS/ SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Inserso, contract staff, and customer Program Manager or contracting officer representative.
• Lead delivery teams across engineering, operations, asset, and customer support functions.
• Oversee program budgets, P&L, and financial objectives.
• Provide executive-level briefings to customer and corporate leadership.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules and project management plans.
