Job summary

ERG is seeking an experienced Program Manager for the Naval Support Facility Indian Head in Maryland. The role directs program execution, staffing, subcontractor oversight, and ensures performance aligns with contractual, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualified candidates will have 15+ years in explosives/energetics decontamination and related government contracts, plus DoD security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical or management field.
• 15+ years of experience directly related to explosives/energetics decontamination, demilitarization, and demolition.
• Experience planning, directing, and coordinating large-scale Government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of program execution, including staffing, subcontractor performance, scheduling, quality assurance, risk management, cost control, and labor-hour baseline.
• Serve as primary management contact for Government representatives and maintain relationships with Government leadership.
• Evaluate contract performance against requirements, milestones, and quality objectives; oversee budget development and fiscal oversight.
