Job summary

Van Drunen Farms is seeking a Program Manager for ESG and Sustainability to coordinate sustainability, ESG, and social responsibility initiatives across the organization. The role includes managing reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and customer portals on EcoVadis and Sedex, and supporting the Annual Sustainability Report.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement in Momence, IL (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) with a pay range of $84,200 to $100,600 per year, plus eligibility for bonus programs

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in sustainability, ESG, compliance, quality, auditing, or a related field.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
