Job summary

Children’s Hope Alliance is seeking a Program Manager for the YVHF program covering Wilkes and Yadkin Counties. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, training, and reflective supervision, while managing the budget and driving QA initiatives.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with partners, supervising staff, reporting for contracts, and ensuring high-quality home-visiting services to families with young children.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health or human services administration or fields related to working with children and families, or bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant HFA experience.
• Experience managing diverse staff and providing support in stressful work environments.
• Administrative experience in human services, including QA and continuous quality improvement.
• Willingness to engage in reflective practice; infant mental health endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the YVHF program serving Wilkes and Yadkin Counties.
• Staffing, training, and providing reflective supervision to direct reports.
• Plan and manage the program budget; monitor monthly expenditures.
• Lead quality assurance and quality improvement projects and maintain community partnerships.
• Coordinate with state partners; attend advisory committee meetings and community provider meetings.
• Screen referrals and ensure enrollment criteria; communicate with referral sources and partners.
• Ensure policy adherence and timely reporting for contracting purposes.
