Job summary

Apogee Research in Arlington, VA is seeking a Program Manager (full-time, in person) to lead multi-program efforts supporting PIs, directors, and executive management. The role bridges customers and technical teams to deliver complex DoD programs from DARPA research to deployment, with travel as required.

The ideal candidate has a DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, proven experience managing funded contracts on time and on budget, and a track record in proposals, cost and schedule

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure contracts are funded, executed on schedule and on budget.
• Submit accurate contractual deliverables on time.
• Coordinate among technical, IT, security, finance, and leadership teams.
• Plan and manage staff allocations for project success.
• Manage multiple programs and share resources to maximize customer and company benefits.
• Write programmatic sections of proposals and manage both unclassified and classified proposals.
• Track project progress, budgets, labor hours, and deliverables.
