Censeo Consulting is hiring a Program Manager in Washington, D.C. The role involves leading a full-service PMO supporting the Department of Justice, overseeing strategic initiatives, and ensuring successful project delivery.

We are looking for eager, driven candidates with experience in federal project management, communication, facilitation, problem‑solving, and analysis to guide our teams in developing impactful solutions for clients at the Department of Justice. In this role you will provide comprehensive project management support within the DOJ Criminal Division (CRM) Executive Office PMO. The Program Manager will lead a full‑service PMO supporting the DOJ, Criminal Division (CRM), Office of Administration (ADM), Executive Office. This role oversees a portfolio of strategic initiatives (both IT and non‑IT) and is responsible for program governance, delivery excellence, risk management, executive communications, and coaching project managers to drive consistent execution across ADM and the Division.
