The PM will be the front line in Century's efforts to uphold customer service, lead in corporate supply chain management, account management, and IT product development to ensure high satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal teams and improve customer satisfaction across departments.
• Manage external customers with account ownership and ongoing value delivery.
• Oversee IT development and configuration to meet customer requirements.
• Direct staff, set objectives, and ensure aligned goals.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOP and project documentation.
