Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Therapy Coordinator to assist in patient treatment under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist and to participate as an active member of the rehabilitation team. This role serves as a stepping stone to management, combining hands‑on patient care with administrative tasks such as scheduling and acting as a liaison for the Director of Rehab.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate from an Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current licensure or ability to obtain as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in state of practice and/or nationally certified.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient treatment as directed by the Occupational Therapist and participate as an active member of the rehabilitation team.
• Lead in the building and support administrative tasks, including scheduling.
• Serve as a liaison for the Director of Rehab and gain management experience without being a direct supervisor.
