Job summary

EDAG Mexico is seeking a Program Manager to lead body systems programs in Dearborn, MI. You will track part releases, manage engineering changes, and maintain program health dashboards using JIRA and Confluence, coordinating across engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities include creating program boards, ensuring documentation compliance, and delivering concise executive summaries for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in engineering development, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with part release processes, engineering change management, and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
• Knowledge of Agile or Stage-Gate development processes.
• Knowledge of JIRA or Confluence
• English (C1-C2)
• 12 months contract

Responsibilities

• Program Tracking & Reporting
• Manage and maintain detailed tracking of part releases, engineering changes, and material certifications.
• Develop and update program timing charts, status dashboards, and health reports using JIRA and Confluence.
• Identify risks, delays, and dependencies early; communicate impacts and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Create and manage program boards, workflows, and dashboards to monitor engineering deliverables.
• Ensure consistent documentation and process adherence across teams using Confluence pages and templates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate between engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on milestonesand deliverables.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, publish action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
• Communication & Reporting
• Prepare concise executive summaries, timing updates, and program health metrics for leadership reviews.
• Support data-driven decision-making by maintaining accurate, real-time visibility into project progress.
