Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in student affairs and/or related educational services work.
• Experience building inclusive and multicultural communities.
• Experience in mediation, conflict management, or restorative practices in resolving conflict.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Diversity Peer Educator program, supervising student staff and guiding workshops and conversations to foster belonging.
• Manage residential climate work and provide consultation on inclusive community concerns across units.
• Oversee training sessions, workshops, and programs for students and staff addressing residential inclusivity and community partnerships.
