Job summary

CARFAX is seeking an Account Manager in the Banking & Insurance Group to oversee CALI and LienGuard, supporting growth in data acquisition for CARFAX.

You will collaborate with the BIG Auto Finance, Analytics, and Product Technology teams to leverage data for future offerings and manage all phases of customer rollout.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of account management, strong Salesforce skills, and the ability to work independently toward milestones with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years account management experience w/focus on customer-facing programs.
• Experience coordinating with analytics teams is a plus.
• Strong experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform.
• Ability to work independently within defined metrics and game plan.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CALI and LienGuard programs.
• Coordinate all aspects of programs with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with BIG Auto Finance, Analytics, and Product Technology to leverage data.
• Monitor accounts, provide quarterly metrics, and maintain data in Salesforce or other systems.
• Manage all phases of customer acquisition and rollout: demonstration, contracting, implementation, training, testing, reporting.
• Respond to customer questions and system issues quickly.
• Identify efficiencies and drive program improvements.
• Promote use of the programs to automotive lenders.
