Job summary

Amazon’s AWS Invoicing team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of SoR launches in 2026, coordinating across AWS Billing, compliance, legal, tax, and business development to meet regulatory and revenue goals.

The role focuses on architectural decisions, AI-native development, and risk management to accelerate SoR deployments across multiple countries and lines of business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management with software teams.
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of SoR launches within the broader 2026 program.
• Coordinate across multiple teams in the AWS Billing organization and partner with regional compliance, legal, tax, and business development teams to ensure successful launches.
• Drive architectural decisions on when to use configuration vs. custom code, ensuring solutions are maintainable and scalable.
• Manage launch timelines balancing business urgency (compliance deadlines, revenue opportunities) with technical readiness and quality standards.
