The Evolvers Group seeks a Program Manager for Aviation Data Analytics to lead the ADAW program remotely in the United States. The role covers ongoing development and maintenance of the Aviation Data Analytics Warehouse, data integration, and Azure cloud services, with a focus on agile delivery and documentation.

Team includes Cloud Architect/Team Lead, Data Engineer, and QA/QC Specialist. Responsibilities include managing projects via Azure DevOps, translating business needs into tasks, budget

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple data integration projects and ongoing enhancement requests through agile project management via Azure DevOps.
• Translate business requirements into discrete tasks for the data engineering team, tracking progress and risks.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor staff hours and performance, and prepare weekly/monthly status reports and invoices.
• Establish data engineering, governance, and stakeholder engagement frameworks for the ADAW program.

Title: Program Manager- Aviation Data AnalyticsLocation: RemoteDuration: 4 yearsProject work entails further development and maintenance of the Aviation Data Analytics Warehouse platform, including integration of new datasets, implementation of enhancements to pipelines, troubleshooting bugs, and providing detailed documentation. This work requires experience with agile project delivery management and experience in Microsoft Azure cloud development.We are creating a team of Program Manager, Cloud Architect/Team Lead, Data Engineer, and QA/QC Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Project and Portfolio Management: Oversee multiple data integration projects and ongoing enhancement requests through agile project management via Azure DevOps.
• Business Requirements and Change Management: Translate business requirements into discrete tasks for data engineering team, track progress, analyze outcomes, and continuously communicate project status, risks, and milestones .
• Budget and Contract Management: In coordination with PA manager, develop and manage annual budgets, manage staff hours and performance, produce weekly and monthly status reports and invoices.
• Program Governance: Establish and implement data engineering, data governance, and stakeholder engagement frameworks for the ADAW program.
