Job summary

SRS Mission Solutions LLC seeks a seasoned Program Manager – Army Supply Chain & Logistics for an anticipated U.S. Army program at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.

You will oversee contract performance, lead logistics operations, and coordinate a geographically dispersed team to ensure readiness and mission success. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Government contracts and 5+ years in Army logistics, with FAR/DFARS expertise and a SECRET-clearance trajectory.

Position Overview

SRS Mission Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager – Army Supply Chain & Logistics to support an anticipated U.S. Army supply chain and logistics program at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama.

The Program Manager will provide overall program and contract management and lead logistics and supply-chain support operations. The position will be responsible for overseeing personnel, performance, quality, safety, schedules, risk, operational continuity, Government customer coordination, reporting, staffing, and transition activities.

The successful candidate must have substantial experience managing Government contracts and supporting U.S. Army logistics operations, as well as demonstrated experience leading geographically dispersed workforces.

This is an on-site position at Redstone Arsenal. Qualified candidates throughout the United States who are willing to relocate to Huntsville are encouraged to apply.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain
• 10+ years of experience managing Government contracts
• 5+ years of U.S. Army logistics experience
• Demonstrated FAR/DFARS expertise
• Demonstrated quality control experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including management of geographically dispersed workforces
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance preferred
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance
• Must be willing and able to work on-site at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama

Compensation

Target Salary Range: $120,000–$150,000 annually

Final compensation will be based on qualifications, relevant experience, clearance status, contract requirements, and final employment terms.
