Job summary

BAE Systems OneArc USA, Inc in Orlando seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a flagship DoD program for the U.S. Army.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, and serve as the primary liaison with Army customers onsite. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in a technical or management field, 10+ years in defense program management, and knowledge of FAR/DFARS/ITAR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or management discipline.
• 10+ years of Program Management experience in the Defense/Aerospace industry, incl. FFP, T&M, and Cost-Plus contracts.
• Knowledge of Government contracting, FAR/DFARS basics, contract deliverables, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Program & Contract Execution: Manage execution of complex DoD contract requirements, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are achieved.
• Customer Liaison: Serve as the daily primary interface with U.S. Army customers and stakeholders, resolving contractual and program challenges.
• Agile Software Delivery: Implement agile project management processes to guide the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to final deployment.
• Financial Oversight: Manage contract budgets (labor, material, travel, purchased services) and deliver accurate financial reporting.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure project compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and internal quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across sites.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate program risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Executive Communication & Growth: Communicate program status to executives and support follow-on proposals.
• Brand & Culture Leadership: Advance the Army’s Synthetic Training Environment and strengthen OneArc brand.
