This is a Principal Technical Program Management position at the Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for overseeing and leading the execution of multiple projects and/or programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role blends technical program management with business enablement, supporting GenAI use case delivery, governance navigation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise-scale programs and technology with a passion for innovation and stakeholder engagement.What you’ll do in the role:Program Leadership & DeliveryProvide transparent, executive-ready communications on program health, adoption progress, and measurable business outcomes to senior leadershipEstablish and oversee program structure, use case onboarding, and program reportingPartner with business units and technology teams to identify, evaluate and prioritize GenAI use cases based on business value, technical feasibility and risk considerationsDefine delivery plans, timelines, and milestones, track progress and dependencies manage program artifacts including backlog, roadmaps, and dashboardsStakeholder Engagement & CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for delivery teams and business enablement leadsBuild and nurture internal communities of practice, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvementDevelop and maintain program reporting, KPIs, and dashboards for leadership readoutsCommunicate program strategy, risks, and progress to senior stakeholdersRisk & Process ManagementIdentify risks and develop mitigation strategies with clear communication planApply Agile and waterfall methodologies to optimize deliveryNavigate use cases through governance and compliance gatesDrive process improvements and remove roadblocks across teamsWhat you’ll bring to the role:10+ years of program or project management experienceExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsExperience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipProven track record in leading agile teams and delivering enterprise solutions.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsProficient in Jira workflow management and dashboard reportingDesired SkillsExperience in Financial Services, Technology and AIVisionary thinking with the ability to align AI initiatives to strategic business goals.Strong decision-making skills, especially in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environmentsAbility to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams toward shared objectivesExceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence senior stakeholdersCommitment to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvementProven ability to lead with empathy, authenticity, and integrityWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals.
