Job summary

Sia is seeking a contract Program Manager to run app store listing management for a flagship consumer app. You will own all listings across App Store, Google Play, and Chrome Web Store from intake to publishing, and build the operating model for the team.

You’ll coordinate with Product Design, Marketing, and international teams to ensure timely, accurate releases and localizations, while developing scalable processes for listing management.

Project Length: This is a temporary position with an expected duration through 6/30/27

Project Hours: 40 hours per week $80-90/hour

The expected compensation for this contract is per year. The exact pay rate will vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to skills, experience, and location.

About the role

Sia is looking for a contract Program Manager to run app store listing management for a flagship consumer app. You'll be the single owner of everything that shows up on the App Store, Google Play, and the Chrome Web Store, from intake through publishing. You'll also build the operating model for the work, drawing on how best-in-class consumer app teams run theirs.

What you'll do

Run the intake process for app store content updates, triaging requests and working with Product Design, Production Design, and Product Marketing to get creative developed

Upload and publish content directly to the App Store and Google Play, owning release accuracy and timing

Own weekly screenshot updates across 10+ surfaces, including iOS (6.9\" and 5.5\"), Android phones, iPad, Android tablets, Apple Watch, Android Watch, CarPlay, Android Auto, and the Chrome Web Store

Coordinate localization with the international team and submit localized assets for every supported language (it's a manual process today, and we want you to find ways to improve it)

Enable strategic creative updates to the listing, including in-app events, custom product pages, and new App Store surfaces that drive growth

Build the resourcing model and operating processes for app listing management

Experience managing app store listings, ideally for a high-traffic consumer app

Hands-on familiarity with App Store Connect and Google Play Console

Strong program or project management skills, including managing intake, prioritization, and tight weekly release cycles

Comfort working across design, marketing, product, and international teams

Attention to detail. Accuracy and timing matter here

Ability to work independently and bring structure to a process that’s still taking shape

Experience with localization workflows is a plus

Experience with custom product pages, in-app events, or app store optimization is a plus
