Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a senior program manager to lead IT/Telecommunications programs across defense, national security, civilian, and health domains. You will translate strategy into plans, optimize resources, and ensure delivery within budget and schedule while meeting federal standards.

You will mentor teams, coordinate with government clients, present progress to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement to achieve mission impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience or 14 years of experience with no Degree.
  • One of the following certifications is required: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) OR PMI.
  • Experience in strategic planning and resource management.
  • Experience leading and managing cross‑functional teams supporting the federal space.
  • Experience interfacing and presenting to government clients.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must have an active Secret Clearance or equivalent.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is: $118,400—$260,900 USD.
