This position is contingent upon contract award. For this position, we are seeking a talented individual to join AIS as a Program Manager. As your initial project assignment, you will support the unique needs of our client as a Program Manager.
The Senior Program Manager will lead the establishment, execution, and ongoing management of a Private Sector Clearance Program (PSCP) supporting a federal security mission. This role requires a seasoned leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure delivery of program requirements in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.
At AIS, we are committed to offering competitive and fair compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and contributions of each team member. The targeted base salary range for this role is $137,000-$207,000 per year. This range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
