True Zero Technologies LLC is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate Zero Trust maturity assessments, enterprise architecture activities, and federal implementation engagements. You will maintain integrated delivery schedules for scorecards, maturity reports, use cases, and engineering plans.

The role requires strong stakeholder communication, experience across cloud/legacy environments, and knowledge of NIST SP 800-207 and related federal cyber frameworks.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years coordinating Federal cybersecurity or Zero Trust programs.
• Experience managing integrated schedules, dependencies, and multi-team execution.
• Working knowledge of Zero Trust concepts, CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model, and NIST SP 800-207.
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution across Zero Trust maturity assessments, enterprise architecture activities, and system implementation engagements

• Track Government inputs, access dependencies, approvals, and implementation risks
• Coordinate deployment waves and complexity-tier planning for FISMA-reportable systems
• Lead contractor delivery reviews and prepare status, risk, and decision reporting for Government stakeholders
• Incorporate lessons learned from system implementation into architecture patterns and future priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
• Five or more years of experience coordinating complex Federal cybersecurity, Zero Trust, or technical implementation programs
• Experience managing integrated schedules, technical dependencies, and multi-team execution
• Working knowledge of Zero Trust concepts, CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model, and NIST SP 800-207
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting VA or other large Federal enterprises
• Experience coordinating architecture and engineering across cloud, hybrid, and legacy environments
• Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, or SharePoint
• Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or Security+
