This key leadership role ensures quality care and support for students by coordinating staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and actively engaging with students in school, home, and community settings. Ideal candidates will be hands-on leaders who thrive in dynamic environments and have a passion for team development, therapeutic support, and making a meaningful impact.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Staff SupervisionSupervise and mentor DSPs and Assistant Program Manager through coaching, modeling, and performance feedbackFacilitate team meetings and conduct regular 1:1 check-ins with staffParticipate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processesCoordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and adherence to staffing ratiosStudent Support & Treatment ImplementationProvide direct support to students across home, school, and community settingsTeach and model daily living, self-care, social, and coping skillsSupport and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs) and behavior plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teamsParticipate in school classrooms and assist with educational goals and behavior managementProgram Operations & CoordinationOversee daily routines, activity schedules, and special eventsMonitor and manage program supplies, budget tracking, and expense reportingEnsure documentation accuracy including communication logs, incident reports, data collection, and treatment progressAssist with medication reviews and report behavioral observationsCommunication & ComplianceMaintain open communication with internal teams, including teachers, therapists, and leadershipEnsure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for students and staffAdhere to all safety protocols, regulatory guidelines, and company policiesPromote a respectful, team-focused culture centered on student growth and staff successScheduleFull-time, primarily 1st or 2nd shift with flexibility to meet program needsIncludes rotating weekends, holidays, and on-call dutiesMust be responsive to coverage needs and emergenciesComprehensive Employee Benefits PackageAt Genesee Lake School, a MyPath Company, we are committed to supporting our employees' well-being, financial security, and professional growth.
