Job summary

Crystal Finishing Systems Incorporated in Wisconsin is hiring a Program Manager to oversee customer programs from launch to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.

You will serve as the main customer contact, coordinating updates, meetings, and issue resolution while partnering with scheduling, production, and leadership to manage delays and timelines. This role drives new launches and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of project/program management experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project execution.
  • Experience with MS Office and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer programs and projects from launch through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, providing program updates, coordinating meetings, and resolving issues proactively.
  • Partner with scheduling, production, and leadership teams to forecast delays, develop contingency plans, and maintain timelines.
  • Lead new product launches, new customer implementations, and other strategic growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, and ROI metrics for assigned programs.
  • Identify project risks, resolve issues, and escalate resource or strategic concerns when needed.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, delegate responsibilities, and ensure resources for success.
  • Track project KPIs, analyze performance results, and drive continuous improvement through feedback and data.
  • Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing account strategies aligned with customer and company objectives.
